Family farming embodies a strategic pillar to achieve food security as well as the eradication of hunger and malnutrition in African countries. Despite their pivotal role, family farmers are still not considered enough from public policies. This affects and aggravates the land concentration, the displacement of families in the countryside as well as the low productivity and poor funding.
